Welcome to ERE Acropolis Courtyard. Please take a few minutes to review the following Terms & Conditions, which govern direct bookings made via our website. By confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

  • Property Name: ERE Acropolis Courtyard

  • Location: Koukaki, Athens, Greece

  • Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests

  • Minimum Stay: 2 nights

  • Maximum Stay: 59 nights

  • At least one guest must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Booking Policy

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via Stripe (credit or debit card).

  • Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details and check-in instructions.

3. Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

  • Our property offers contactless check-in via secure smart lock. Guests will receive a unique access code prior to arrival.

5. House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect for our neighbors, please observe the following:

  • No smoking inside the apartment.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests.

  • Quiet hours are observed between :

    • Summer period (April 1 – September 30):

      • 15:00 – 17:30 (afternoon siesta)

      • 23:00 – 07:00 (nighttime quiet)

    • Winter period (October 1 – March 31):

      • 15:30 – 17:30

      • 22:00 – 07:30

Failure to follow house rules may result in termination of stay without refund.

6. Use of Amenities

  • Guests are welcome to use the private hammam, atrium, kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and all other amenities provided.

  • Amenities are to be used responsibly. Damage or misuse may result in repair/replacement charges.

  • Guests use all amenities at their own risk.

7. Liability

  • ERE Acropolis Courtyard is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

  • Guests are strongly advised to carry travel insurance covering health, belongings, and cancellations.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information provided during booking is handled in compliance with GDPR.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
